The woman manager, in the cashier's cage is very rude and unpleasant. There was 15 to 18 people in line and she was telling every other person that went to her window the same thing. Which was this-
"We haven't cashed one of these check's since 2012, our record's show this account is closed."
When heard her ramble off the same excuse for the third time, to a woman two people in front of me. When the woman asked her to check the record again?
The manager refused and said "if our records show the account as closed, we have no way to verify that it isn't. this is our policy, & the next time you come here to cash your check, make sure your address on the check matches the address on your I.D.."
I knew she was probably going to tell me the same thing. Luckily, I went to another window.
Other than that one woman manager, my overall rating is this. I have been a regular at the Silver 7's for the past 3 years. I have cashed my check's, I love their buffet, & I play there even more frequently.
All in all it's a nice place to go, unless you have to deal with the cage manager that makes up the policy as she sees fit to do so.
