This was our second time to stay at this hotel, We like the suites and is a good location, on this stay the Fire alarm in our room started chirping, like every three minutes, this was about 11 at night. called the desk and the answer was I will see what I can do. waited about 30 minutes, then walked down to the desk to inquire as to why no one had showed up to fix the alarm, I was told that they had no maintenance on duty and there was nothing that could be done. The clerk had a I do not care attitude.
I mentioned that we could not sleep due to the loud shrieking noise.
All I got was a good case of NMFP. After a long night as I checked out, I asked to speak with management, I was told that the manager was not on the premises. No customer service skills or once again NMFP, All the hotel was interested in was payment. The management was supposed to call me, I thought at least a apology. None Yet. Traveler Beware.
I travel this route regularly, You will not see us there again.
