I am still here since I paid over 300 dollars for one night here and I couldn’t get a refund yesterday because they refused. I will never be back. Was put in a smoking room which we did not want. When we got in our room the carpet is ripped and coming up, the outlets in our bathroom did not work the wall paper is coming up everywhere, and there’s holes in the walls, there was hair all over the floor in different places, and hotel management his name was Eric was 100% dismissive. I practically had to beg the man for a different room because he was pretty much refusing to help me... he came back after I was persistent and offered me a room that downgraded from a double bed to a single, and it would still be smoking. It was like a slap in the face. Intentionally because I could tell he was annoyed by me. I will absolutely never be back. For the price I had to pay to basically get motel 8 quality. I am not happy at all, and they don’t care. There’s plenty of other places I can take my business, so that’s what I’ll do.
