They are friendly and the service, facilities, restaurant,fish shack are all real nice. I had my pontoon there for 3 months and they ran a slice in the pontoon with the fork truck and when they called they were non caring like it happens all the time. It happened on the holiday weekend and they didn't offer the use if one of their rental pontoons and said it would be fixed by Wednesday but it took them a week and a half to get it done. They lowered the resale value on my pontoon and didn't off any compensation or urgency on fixing it. Will not use Stumps Pass again. You really get to know people not when things are good but when things go bad.
