We booked our room through a 3rd party which caused a couple of issues, not necessarily CP’s fault, but they showed no empathy towards us and provided zero customer service. Speaking of zero customer service, they own the horseshoe across the street and the Mexican restaurant inside. We got our drinks at the same time we got our food. We also sat at the table for 15 minutes before we were able to order. The restaurant was not that busy. Zero customer service all the way around for cactus Pete’s.
P.S.- when I left I voiced my complaint about their lack of customer service and told them I would not be back. The lady behind the desk looked at me and said “yes you will
