Staff are great! They are very accommodating and helpful.
What ever you do call first, make sure you are no where near a elevator tube. The pyramid shape of the building creates challenging elevator mechanics. The track system is fun but clunky and noisy. The sound is very loud for the adjacent rooms. Could not sleep on the first night as it sounded like a sand storm. Building was built in the 1990s has not been renovated. Also there is slight disrepair in bathroom around base trim tile in room 7128 and water damage to door in room 7012. Hotel staff is very helpful which is why this rating is not a 1 star. Staff really shines. Had no problem switching rooms. BUT building is old. Bed is very comfy and room is very clean and spacious.
Had a massage and enjoyed the spa and steam room. Massage was good, steam was nice, spa was nice but towels are like everything else old and rough. Like gym towels from the YMCA just Jade color. Please MGM invest in updating the property.
