I arrived and sat at the bar. The place was about a third full or so on a football Sunday. The bartender took nearly ten minutes to acknowledge me. I asked for a draft beer and a menu. Beer and menu came quickly. I ordered pasta and salad, and while I waited for my food I watched football on one of many screens. The bartender brought my salad with the main course. He said "totally forgot about your salad, my bad". The food was good enough. Finished my beer halfway through the meal and it took the bartender quite awhile to notice and offer me another. He wasn't busy, and was talking with another employee the whole time. It's a sports bar and I was drinking draft beer. I wasn't expecting a professional waiter, but how hard is it to keep a draft beer full?
