BUSINESS/CONVENTION SERVICES. We just spent over $11,000.00 on a three day convention there. If I could give a half star I would.THE WORST customer service and facilities I have ever experienced. The first day when I arrived to my meeting rooms, NOTHING was ready and we were supposed to start in one hour. Each day I had to set up my own meeting rooms. The meeting rooms were horrible to start with. If I had not shown up early each day, all of our guests would have had to walk into a 95 degree hot room. Yes, I had to turn the AC on each day. No equipment. I mean NOTHING! Needed something as simple as an extra podium for our second room, could not get it. Needed enough tables and chairs for everyone, could not get them. On and on... I worked myself up to a soaking sweat each morning getting the room ready. I thought that's why we paid them. I would NEVER recommend this place for a business convention or meeting. Horrible! Very disappointed to say the least. We'll be looking for another place next year.
But on a positive note, the place, outside meeting facilities, is really beautiful.
