First of all the spa is amazing and clean and deserves 5 stars. On the other hand the swimming pool part is disgusting. It hasn't been updated or cleaned for years. The sauna, when you open the door you get splinters off of the handle. Then there's black all over the tiles under the heater. The jacuzzi was black and smelled of dirt not chlorine and the outside had scum sitting on it, vile and if that wasn't enough the showers in the changing rooms were disgusting. There was hairs in the plug holes, shampoo, conditioner and dirt all over the tiles and the hairdryers were out of order. Came in and out of there as fast we could in case we caught a disease
