When I book specific hotel rooms that are non-smoking I expect to get non-smoking rooms, after all that's what reservations are for. So when I arrived and the room that I had reserved was not available this made absolutely no sense. In the days of computers and high-technology there is no excuse for this. They were able to get me into a better room and it better Tower which I found to be absolutely ridiculous. If this was a better room then I'm sure this hotel is doomed to be remodeled.
The best part about this hotel is that is not crowded and easy to get to the convention center .The restaurants are very good and again easy to be seated at because it's not crowded. The downside is the stupid decor of the rooms. The plastic beds and couches that are white end up looking dirty. The rooms are small, no closets and limited drawer space. There are quite a few hotels in the area that have larger and better rooms for a much better price so you have to weigh out the convenience over the stupidity of these rooms.
