Saddened by the reviews as we apparently had a bad experience compared to others. We didn’t get the rooms we reserved so we had to take our stuff to the Bell and wait 5 hours before we could get into our rooms. We didn’t do the updated rooms however for the price we paid we expected general accommodations such as a coffee pot. Nope - we went to buy one. The lady that checked us in was not friendly nor helpful. The buffet was pricey for a poor quality of food and the casino is dark compared to the other well lite casinos we visited. Getting drinks at this casino was difficult as well. And the girls were less than outgoing or friendly. The security was great and they were on their game. However one of the security officers told me we were in the hood. agree after walking out and being approached by 3 bums. The top was great - staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice however for such a resort the pool is limited to day hours. We visited 6 other casinos and winnings were average - The Stratosphere’s casino was not paying anything back. We won’t be staying here again. I? emailed the manager our concerns and hearing no feedback from them is disappointing.
