We were at the resort 4-10 Nov, our 4th time. Resort is still very nice but this time was probably our last. I don't know if it was the time of year, new staff, or something else, but the staff was not interested in customers but rather hanging out with other staff members. On two occasions at Bongo pool we spent 3 and 4 hours respectively, and both times only once did the waitress come to us for an order, much different from previous 3 experiences at resort. Also, we'd leave room for several hours at a time and come back to the room not serviced; instead of just a "maybe later" sign there needs to be a "service room immediately" sign. Ordered room service twice, once went off without a hitch but the other we waited, received a call from room service to verify we'd received our order, told them we had not. They were apologetic and said they'd check on it...after another 30 minutes or so I called and told them to forget it. Great resort but we'll be checking out Sandals or some other resort.
