Booked a room here a few weeks ago. Once we got here we ended up upgrading to one of the newly remodeled rooms with "a view". We were never told when booking that the hotel was under major construction.... they are. This place looks pretty bad, half the bars and restaurants in the hotel are closed, the casino is half of what it was before construction. Anyways, to the room. This place is dirty, there's dust covering everything in the room and the window is filthy. There is a rope swinging in front of our window which kinda defeats the room "with a view" upgrade fee. I called the front desk and they were fully unhelpful. I'll spend my money somewhere else next time.
