Sent two of my employees up there today fro. Halifax as they a conference there Monday so after booking the too. for them several days ago I was told that where I booked the room on my credit card they would just need to take my credit card with them. So after they arrive to check i after driving for 3 hours they r told they need the credit card and id to match which is impossible. So I get a phone call from my employee saying this she puts the lady on the phone who was checking them who was not helpful at all and she told me u had to fill out an authorization for sign it and send back I order to check my employees in I was like really that is not what I was told when I booked the room it's a surprise day might I have to get up go to a computer and scanner sign this form and send it back.In the middle of me telling her all this she said I don't have to listen to this and passed the phone back to my employee. I will never use the Rodd again ever!!!This is how a customer is treated for Christ sakes. I said I wanted a manager to call me and that won't even happen terrible service.
