Grand Casino Hinckley has always been a favorite destination of mine. I was impressed by the new construction done to the buffet. Was sad to see that cherries is gone but happy to see the expansion done. Glad Silver Sevens is still there, really like the wraparound on the bar. I withheld 2 Stars because in the past you were able to go to Grand Casino Hinckley and play / lose 40 bucks within a couple hours. That was fine with me, I was willing to go in and spend $40 for a good couple hours of fun. It seems however, that they have made some changes. The penny machines are more like dollar machines now. Minimum bet 200 credits... Basically 20 bucks lasts 5 minutes if your lucky... Not cool Grand Casino. Just because people are addicted to gambling doesn't mean you have to get greedy and make the experience more like bankruptcy. Won't be returning. I'd much rather give my money to a smaller Casino where I actually have a chance to win, and regardless of the win or loss still have a good time.
