I give it a 3 because the front desk person ( which was the manager) wasn't welcoming when I checked in. When I called the night before they told me that they can let me check in at 11am since they aren't very busy. Since I was there for a conference that starts at 1pm, I wented to change. This person told me I have to pay $25 if I wanted to check in early. It was inconsistent and she was rude to me asking " who told you that" in a tone of voice to suggest that I made it up. The rest of the staff was nice, and the room was nice and clean. But the conversation I had with this front desk women/ I think she is the manager. made feel that she was hostile towards me. It is too bad to have a manager like that. It is a nice facility.
