Stayed there for a few nights and a bit taken back from lack of friendliness. Mind you, I’ve come from a customer service area that caters to tourist and most likely had my expectations up too high. My first nights meal (room service) resulted in food poisoning that basically set my experience back and postponing my flight out.
Now, the one star goes to the gift shop owner that has now become a friend I keep in touch. Not only did he check up on me (I was having severe stomach pains while trying to shop there) but he did what he could to find the right medicine.
I don’t know if I’ll ever return to Egypt, but I believe this is the highest rating hotel there and nearby to the points of interest I was set on visiting.
