While the valet, restaurant and bar staff are all Amazing, management leaves a lot to be desired. My rewards flyer was returned due to a bad address, which I changed in plenty of time and have a confirmation in my email. Because it was returned they stopped all my free play and cash rewards that I have earned until address was confirmed. I personally drove to the casino and confirmed with crescent club and it has now been 48 hours and it has not been resolved. I asked for a phone call because I have questions and still have not received that either. I love the clientele that go there and the staff, but they need to have management on hand that are willing to talk with customers and resolve their issues. Having to wait to use rewards earned is not acceptable.
