I prepaid for my king size room 4 months ago and when I checked in I was told they didn't have any king rooms available because they had overbooked the rooms, so they put me in a double and I had to go down to change rooms the next day, which meant having to pack up everything and lug it to the new room. An upgrade was offered but only if I paid for it. I was only given the room key with no direction on how to get to my room or being told you have to use your room key to put in the elevator before you can even use it. My nephew checked in the same day and was given a coupon sheet with great discounts for food and shows, but I did not receive one and no one could explain why not was I offered one upon asking. The housekeeping staff is very nice, especially Keisha, she was very helpful and kind. My nephew's floor smelled like marijuana when the elevator doors opened to his floor, and when he told the concierge about it all they did was offer to spray His room with air freshener instead of finding the problem and taking care of that. Overall will definitely NOT ever stay here again.
