Very nice and comfortable hotel rooms in general. However, i was very unhappy with the way they settle food payments giving priority to those with card payments. I paid with cash and waited more than half an hour to get my change back only to be told that they are clearing those holding whatever casino electronic cards first and they have yet to even sort our payment. I am disappointed and felt unfair to be left waiting while others cleared their payment almost instantly with cards. Guess their main reason is targeted at guests who came for the main purpose of casino gaming, not even when you are staying in their hotel
