This hotel is a first class facility. It was previously the headquarters of Holland America Ship Lines. There are old items that used to be on their ships hanging on the walls and displayed in various areas around the hotel and restaurant. They have a great restaurant with seating downstairs, main floor and huge area outside. The food and the service is first class and outstanding. There is a grassy lawn area outside in front of the restaurant seating area where there are chairs so you can sit and enjoy seeing the sights along the river. this is a must see when you visit Rotterdam.
