I will say clean rooms, nice staff and good casino. One of the reasons we decided to stay is because of the Buffett only to find out when we checked in that no kids allowed at all on the first floor. So we ate at the fireside kitchen. Great food but the service was terrible! Brought the wrong item, had to ask for water several times from them forgetting and had to redo our check for charging for an item twice. I’m a very patient person and this place was wearing it thin! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a reservation for 3 and only had two bath towels so had to ask for more! Ended up canceling the rest of the nights to stay somewhere else.
