All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, check-in was lined up as the hotel was busy upon arrival. The common areas of the hotel were well kept and appeared updated. The room (a suite on the 8th floor) had a view of the river and marina, however the room and furniture definitely showed it's age. The grout in the shower and tub had mildew stains but appeared clean. The bedroom had only one small vent so the thermostat had minimal effect. Couch squeaked when sat on and was not very comfortable, carpet was showing wear along the seams, overall for the price paid the room did not live up to expectations of a luxury hotel.
