Just okay. Several problems with our room (it happens, just got unlucky) but took hours to fix each one. Moises at the front desk was very condensing when trying to fix the door, blamed me, said I placed the key near my phone. Luckily the cleaning staff helped me get a repair man who repaired the low battery on the door (after an hour). Every issue was equally frustrating, I could go on (broken toilet, fridge, smoke alarm--that one was fun).... Never once an apology or an attempt to make up for anything. Tips demanded a few times. That's so annoying. Nothing got stolen and always felt safe. Grounds were pretty enough, though not much variety in vegetation. Beach was pretty, tons of foot traffic in the area. The majority of the staff seemed cold and indifferent. Just blah. I hardly saw the animation team, seemed pretty limited on activities. Some AMAZING employees though: Eddy, Odalis, Carlos, Ayrin, and Wilson--- thank you, you were fabulous. Good selection of liquors and food seemed to be high quality (but a bland, only spice is Tabasco which some days couldn't be found). Pool bathroom gross, only had soap 2 out of 8 days. It's not a disaster by any means, but lacking any wow, missed the mark on small details, and no apologies for their mistakes. I wouldn't return. Just not the fun and relax I usually find at these resorts. Oh, and they will not make accommodation for autism needs.
