Robbed. Back in October I purchased 4 cruise tickets through Groupon.after arriving the place was CLOSED.i never received a call or email notifying me that it was under going maintenance. Aside from the $130 I had already spent , the drive, the time and everything else I invested to get here was worthless... Groupon would not refund me due to Jack's no refund policy.however the Jack's receptionist rescheduled another time. Once again I relived the same scenario, i made an investment to a boat that was still "undergoing maintenance". (That's twice ,the long drive,the gas,etc... It doesn't take a genius to do the math on how much you invest to go on a trip an hour away from home)...Today I called to use "my credit" I had with them, she rudely said no.the tickets were $60 due to a special new year's cruise, apparently she didn't do the math considering I already spent $130 and if I needed just two tickets it would live me with $10 credit,so how can I not be compensated ? So my $130 was worth less two months ago than it is today not even counting how much I already invested pertaining to the two cancelled trips ? .... Poor business management
