I wish I could rate this a ZERO
Have stayed in thousands of hotels, in 86 countries, on 6 continents, and with the Hard Rock dozens of times (at Much busier locations) and this is the FIRST time I've Ever waited 45 minutes in line for a room key.
There is Absolutely NO EXCUSE for people checking in to have to wait that amount of time, after travelling whatever amount of distance, to drop their bags off in their room and relax...
Do you need to get kiosks for quick check-in, like at the airport maybe?!?!
When I finally was 'Allowed' to receive my room key; I asked if she had any Lake View rooms available and she quipped "you have a 'standard booking', a lake view is $50 extra..."
So, 45 minutes of Time Wasted in your line isn't worth an upgrade?
....
Oh, and on traveling up to my room, the key did not work, and I had to make a trip back down to the front desk to wait in your BS line again....
Incredibly Disappointed :/
