Went to Horseshoe to celebrate New Year's. The buffet line was over an hour wait so we decided to go to Smoke and Rye. Our wait staff was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not full. We waited 10 min before she acknowledged us as she quickly walked past and after 20 min she finally stopped to take our drink order. The food came out rather quickly given our wait and was really good. We wrapped up and headed to the casino. Everyone we met were very helpful and courteous. The staff answered questions about games we wanted to play but did not know how. Our drink orders were quick and reasonable. The only disappointing part was there were only 2 $5 card tables in the entire building and these were occupied by friends who took turns swapping out their seats. As we closed out the evening, we celebrated in front of Smoke and Rye for the New Year countdown and balloon drop. Overall a fun experience!
