I do not have any star to give this people if I have my way. The one star given was to enable me post this review. They are bent on playing exploitation pranks on their customers. When I booked vacation with them, it was stated on their website that transfer from the airport was free. I put the flight information on the website hopping that everything is okay, only to get to the airport to learn that our names have to be in some kind of list. The rude and dis-respective staff did not care if we are stranded at the airport or not. instead of helping us out, they were laughing and making fun of us till we paid $20 per person before they allowed us into the bus.
On getting to the resort, the rooms they made us select online were not allocated to us. Instead, they put us on two floors apart from each other rather than letting families stay together, or as close as possible. The place was full of cockroaches as shown in the picture.
When I reported the incident to the customer service, they replied "...please note that due to the tropical climate and the lush vegetation surrounding our buildings it may still occur that these insects are found".
I will never go to this place again.
