We had our Wedding reception here.
Absolutely wonderful!!!!!! I could not have asked for a better vendor for my reception. I could of had my wedding here as well but chose a small chapel instead. The price, expensive. However, they are willing to negotiate. I also put all the numbers on a spreadsheet to compare prices of other places. After everything is added together they come out the same as if you were to rent everything from an outdoor vendor and catering then pay for set up and tear down. The wonderful thing about the Hard Rock is they do everything for you. They take care of set up and tear down, catering, tasting, service staff, they have a bar and bar staff available. I Had my reception in the Sky Room. I highly recommend this room. The room is gorgeous, their other conference rooms are pretty but I prefer the sky room. Jessie Brandt was the wedding coordinator. She was fantastic to work with. She answers emails, texts, and phone calls within a 24 hour period or 72 hour period on the weekends. She may answer right away. She always has an answer or she knows who to ask to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They work with you and have great customer service. Seriously the BEST. You won't regret your decision. Oh, and they give you a room on your wedding night. A few things I had done that they worked around. I live in a different state and they were willing to work around my schedule so I could meet with them when I was in town. They provided transportation to and from the wedding for a reasonable fee. They were always professional. I also held the wedding shower at the Hard Rock and they were great then too. Some of the food I had special requests and they were willing to accommodate, no problem or up-charge. We also catered at the Hard Rock, Wedding Cake, Dinner, and Grooms cake. Everything was fantastic, the cake was beautiful, the food was hot and delicious, and the chef and baker are professional with a great work ethic, and amazing product.
