The best part about the Bavaro Princess was weather. We were supposed to have a suite, but we were located in the middle of no where. No less than a mile walk (probably two miles) for us to get to the beach or restaurants. The little transport system was always full and didn't run on a regular schedule. We also had trouble with the restaurants being closed. We were at the resort 7 nights and weren't even able to eat at all of the restaurants. The service at the main buffets was awful. You could sit at a table for 10 minutes before you would be offered a drink or even silverware. The wait staff literally hid out from helping people. They were not friendly at all. Besides the entertainment staff we were very disappointment in the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. This was our second visit to Dominican Republic. We love the weather and the beach, but not this resort. Way too spread out. Be prepared to walk a lot!
