I really wanted to give this resort 5 stars but I was disappointed overall. The good: resort is clean and very beautiful. The people are friendly. The diamond club beach was gorgeous. The bad: the food here, especially the buffet and room service was terrible. Very little variety and room service was delivered cold every time. I'm pretty sure the fried chicken wasn't even chicken. We were accosted constantly and basically forced into a 4 hour time share presentation. We were promised $100 towards excursions but never received the credit. Our "butler" was no where to be found and communication with resort staff was difficult to say the least. Overall come for the resort and beautiful beach but don't expect to be well fed or catered to.
