Front desk staff was amazing, and helped us out with a problem with our reservation, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also obviously family-friendly - the vibe is relaxed and casual. Beyond check-in, we received zero service in the hotel. We spent several hours on the casino floor and were offered drinks only once (and we had to flag the waitress down). When she finally arrived with them, we were still in play, and handed her a large bill - instead of offering change, she said "Thanks" and rushed off - so two "free" low-quality well drinks cost $50. We were a bit annoyed to learn there was a players program, which no one informed us about - so we spent all night playing without accruing any points or comps. We also paid the "resort fee" surcharge, but found the pool was seasonally unavailable and other amenities we'd hoped to use were closed. We were charged an additional fee for parking, and we found the food available onsite to be both mediocre and expensive. Overall, the room was nice and clean, and the check-in experience was good - but otherwise, we felt it was overpriced for the service and experience we received. Next time, we'll stay elsewhere.
