First off: this place has good reviews because you get a day of free internet here if you post a good review. The only few great things about this place are Amber at the front desk and the beach. The other staff was either always trying to con you into some sort of “deal”, rude, or completely ignored any requests. If you’re coming here as a way to relax, look away. The music played sometimes until 3:00AM and was so loud our rooms shook. Our doors had been broken in to, so maintenance had to use wood slats to jam our doors shut. Overall most things were damaged or broken in our room. Also, I wanted to take my plate back to my room (which was confirmed that was allowed). One of the door greeters at the dining hall wouldn’t let me leave with my plate and took it out of my hands. I would have eaten in the dining hall that night, but I have chronic migraines and I wanted to eat in my room where it was at least darker (since the noise was still terrible in my room). The beach was great though. I stayed there mostly, but you can find the beach all over this place without staying at this resort.
