I always wondered how the experiences can be so different when you read reviews, but now I get it.
When we checked I Randy took care of us he was very kind and polite. Then it seemed to be all down hill from there, when we entered the room there was a strong smell of construction material which was over whelming, we called the front desk and were told that we had to wait until the next day to move rooms and that a manager will will stop by to check the room. My wife woke up with a migraine the next day and No one ever showed up to check the room.
We went to the dinner the food was okay and the service was sub par while having dinner the fire alarm went off and stayed on for about 15mins no explanation was given for the alarm.
The next day my wife and daughter went to breakfast and they waited for someone to greet them at the table and offer them coffee which is only available if a server comes by, they sat there watching everyone who walked in after them get served, staff should be told that everyone at the resort she be treated equally because we all pay the same money to be there if not more.
Our dinner the following day at the Hibachi Grill was very nice the food was good and Victor the chef was excellent I would recommend you eat there if you already booked a stay at the resort. reservation is required..
We decided to check out a day early, we told them why the Manager was unapologetic.
I guess spending about 3k for 5 people for 2 nights doesn't get you much anymore.
I wonder if I will get a response to this review. Based on their service probably not.
