Was just on the phone with reservations and she was very friendly and said her name but her system is locked down to a point were she can not bring up their own website to see the rooms that I am seeing as it does not appear reservations has the same data as the website so she transferred me to reservations. The girl that picked up the phone did not identify herself (big red flag) and started our very rude. I asked how she was doing today and she said what do you want. So I explained that I have seen several reviews about the poor/rude customer service at the front desk and she just proved the reviews correct so I hung up. Was planning to go to Tunica for the first time instead of going to all the other regular places we go but that will not be the one we go to now. Hold your people accountable, have them identify who they are when they answer the phone and I challenge you to make some random calls acting like a customer to see how rude your front staff are....made this call on 2/7/18 at 2pm.
