Had to go out of my way, jump through hoops to get a wheel chair for my grandmother. Came in the Main entrance, services were closed for some reason, I asked the door security about getting a wheelchair for my grandmother, was told to go valet at the other door, next to services.
Was directed to the coat check, coat check sent me to West Entrance since they 'couldn't help' me while a wheelchair sits next to her. Made my way to West Entrance while my grandmother waited at the other entrance, since she has problems walking, luckily another family member was with me and waited with her. Waited at West Entrance Service. Finally was walked back to the main entrance, where my ID was deposited. The service attendant said I can ask anyone when I return the wheelchair and get my ID back.
When I came to return the chair, I asked; security, valet and coat check they refused to get me my ID, which they were all right next to telling me I must return to West Entrance. I walked back to West Entrance to wait again, to have someone walk back with me back to give me my ID.
