I visited briefly to get some work done in the lucky penny. The staff was helpful. After ordering my companion got called away and they were willing to cancel his order even though they had surely begun preparing it. The floor staff were also helpful, answering our questions about the vurrent construction. The reason for the low rating is that the reason I had to be there was for preparations for a conference my boss had to attend and the hotel hadn't told them this construction would still be going on and that all these other restaurants would no longer be there. Otherwise it was a positive experience.
