I stayed here with my whole family and our best family friends. We normally vacation every year to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, but decided to change it up in Punta Cana. Our experience here was terrible. We paid extra to be put in the "diamond club" so our service should have been outstanding. The service was by far the worst we've ever received. We were supposed to have a butler- however we never saw him after he showed us to our rooms. The employees were surprisingly outright rude, condescending, and lazy. They held their hands out for tips every chance they got. Every time I went to the bathroom by the pool there were female workers sitting on their Iphones on the counter. Our reservations for restaurants got lost 4/9 nights, after my mother spent a hour with the front desk booking them. The food was below average and made most of us sick. All inclusive is supposed to include all alcohol too- however they only had a house red and white wine which were horrible, meaning you had to pay for anything else. The beer by the pool was served in tiny little cups and was something similar to Natural Light. The resort was pretty but everything around it made it truly terrible. We tried to complain to management and they shrugged us off. Definitely a change from Mexico where we're used to incredible service, amazing food, and kindness from the staff- all for a similar price. Never again will we stay here.
