It is difficult to justify giving a restaurant 5 Stars - I worry that anyone would think this means that this is the best restaurant I can imagine. It is not. But, taken in the context of what it is (an ambitious combination of sushi, pan-Asian and Hibachi) and where it is, Jia could hardly be better. The service is excellent with plenty of staff to take care of all your needs. The ambience is very nice - the hibachi does not dominate (it is in the back) and the light is low enough but yet you can see your menu and food. The food is top notch. They have very good quality sushi with some imaginative rolls (try the Atom Bomb tuna lovers), the hibachi is entertaining, and the traditional Asian menu has some traditional "Chinese Restaurant" favorites, but a lot of creative spin-offs. You can always try something new. The wok fried whole lobster, for instance, was delicious, but the "head soup" they make with it is eye opening and out of this world.
