We stayed in room 503 and the room was not very clean with crumbs on the night stand when we checked in. The beds were terrible and nobody got much sleep. There were a lot of kids running the halls at all hours. To top it off when we got ready to leave we couldn't get back into our room to get our things because the electronic door lock had a low battery so we had to go get a maintenance man. We were going to fill out a comment card that was in our room but there was no pen and we didn't have a pen so I decided to write a review. Also, when we were checking in for the hotel the woman that waited on us was rude and acted like we were a pain to check in. The casino was fun though!!
