I came down from California to visit family & we all decided to come bowling we were a group of 11 people including children & all i can say is California bowling may be expensive but its service are way better even customer service is awsome ! the lady that was working the day i came had very rude customer service doesnt know how to treat a customer. not only that but she did not know how to be respectful at all . employee CHERLY was making faces just because we asked if we can have 4 lanes to have a better time .after returning back to shoes & we saod thank you just out of respect she doesnt know her manners she didnt even say your welcome or your pleasure . besides that shoes arent even clean they smelled horrible. This place is not clean . Very rude & disrespectful employees . I am very disappointed with this place . i hope they can hire better employees & teach them how to treat a customer with respect & also teaching them their proper ways of making customers feel like at least they like their job by saying your welcome or my pleasure. not coming back to place at all .
