Had an absolutely terrible experience with Sheraton on the Falls. Terrible service and management. The woman in the room beside us had a problem with us, and was completely miserable and made noise complaints (before 10pm, at 10pm) to security on a long weekend. The lady complained again at 3am (no music, 4 people in the room, not loud at all, EATING food) the hotel KICKED US OUT at 3:30am. Instead of moving our rooms, or moving the woman beside us, who clearly had a problem with us, they kicked us out in the middle of the night. Not caring that we took the responsible decision to stay the night and not drive. They did not care nor cared to hear us out. They were extremely irrational with their decision, when other options could have been made. Will never go back to Sheraton on the Falls, will never recommend them to anyone. Completely ruined my special occasion.
