Went for the breakfast buffet, but arrived late and had to do lunch instead. They had just reopened for lunch, so the food was all extremely fresh. Decent choices to try a bit of everything in each food "category" such as Italian, Asian, American, etc. Waiter was friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated. Sometimes service for buffets is lacking in hospitality...
Music overhead in the restaurant was unusually loud; enough to cause my husband and I to both get a splitting headache just after being seated. I'm assuming that they keep the volume at a higher range since there is usually a packed house and a large seating area. A high number of people tend to make a great deal of noise in general. Unfortunately, it affected our appetites, so we really didn't try to many different things that we normally would have. We were miserable and couldn't focus on the food. Waiter went above and beyond by finding a manager, who had to call 3 different departments just to have the volume lowered, but eventually it was tolerable.
Everything was tasty and we had no complaints about the food options. However, we found the desserts were really lacking! Not one dessert that we tried (and we tried A LOT of them) had the correct consistency OR flavor that a "fancy" or "higher than average" restaurant COULD be capable of. I'm a sweet tooth person, so my heart was crushed by this. No matter what we tasted off of the dessert bar, we couldn't get past a second bite of anything. I've had pre-made and boxed options, that most would consider "below par," that would out shine and out flavor anything available that day. I hope it was just a random disappointment, but we don't go there often enough to compare it.
Overall, food selection was small, but good for each type. Waiter and staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was adjusted for comfort. Only negative was the extremely disappointing desserts. It's up to you to try it for your own opinions! Good luck and hope it's great for you...
