This review is specific to the management of events at this casino. I arrived for a show 1.5 hours before the start time to pickup my pre-purchased tickets at will-call. Spent at least half in hour in line waiting to pick these up. Almost no signage or control of the line as it began to snake around the lobby.
Once I finally had my tickets, I decided to grab something quick to eat. Yet another 30 minute wait in line. Management: when you see lines like this re-task some your people to open new registers!
After all this it was finally time for the show... after waiting in yet another poorly managed line. Once inside the venue, which had seen better days, I realized my $60 seat was actually a portable chair jammed into a row with seat numbers taped to their back. Really, not cool!
I was planning on having a meal post event and playing some slots; but after everything else I didn't want to spend another dollar in this place. Truly a poor experience.
