Not happy..Although the cabin was a nice size (window cabin ) but a bit dirty the ship was in really rough shape.We cruise about 3 times a year.I was not expecting the Taj Mahal but was expecting a clean decent ship.The drinks were not that good.The buffet breakfast was okay but lunch and dinner buffet were not so good.We paid for dinner which was better.The pool was closed..The comedian was good but the entertainment was okay.They need to loosen up the casino so some people can win.The room steward was not good (no extra tip for him) The dining room waiter not good ( no extra tip for him neither) We had one person waiting on us with drinks.He was probably the nicest employee there.( we gave him 100.00 tip)The director and assistant Director need more experience.Public restroom had a smell (needs to be cleaned more often).Embarking was completely crazy.The woman in the blue shirt (employee) was guiding everyone the wrong way.We docked at port everglades (ft Lauderdale) and had to shuttle us back to WPB.Problem at WPB port. The list can go on but you get the drift.Norwegian from time to time has a great deal..4 days 249.00 drinks included. Good luck..
