This hotel changed our reservation on us without our knowledge or approval. We reserved a King Room with a King Bed online. Upon check in, we were assigned a room with 2 Queen beds. We were told we should have arrived sooner, our room was given to someone else that checked in earlier. The Front Desk would do nothing to correct the situation, they felt as though downgrading a guest's reservation was an acceptable business practice.
