Great food. Excellent service in restaurants and bars. General lack of attention to maintenance. Nothing gets fixed unless you call it to their attention. Unlit hallways and stairwells at night. Did not receive requested ground floor room, got third floor instead. Moved us to second floor room on second day. In second room, TV did not work and had a large scratch across the screen, phone didn't work, closet doors were stuck, bathroom door would not close (looked like someone had forced it open with a pry bar), air conditioner dripped on floor. All these things were ultimately repaired except the air conditioning leak. When I asked to be compensated for all the inconvenience by receiving a free dinner at the "Culinary Experience" restaurant, I was told that could not be done. This ultimately turned out to be a lie, because, on our last night there, another couple told us that they were given a free dinner at that very same restaurant to compensate them for some issues they experienced. Upon my departure, in exchange for a "certificate" promising a free room upgrade on a future visit, I was asked to sign a waiver of any resort liability and agree not to post negative reviews. I refused to sign it and told them that there would be no future visit from me.
