Went to the coffee shop to have dinner one evening around 5:45. There were many many open tables, but about 20 people waiting to be seated. They asked for our name and gave us a pager, waited for about 10 minutes, nobody was seated, went up and politely asked how long it would be, was told at least 20 minutes.
I asked why so long when there was so many empty tables, I was told that "we are severely short-staffed and to deal with it", the cashier looked at the hostess who told me that with the most terrifying look on her face and apologized to me. We left.
Other than that situation, everything else was fine up till that visit. The place needs to be overhauled like there other Station casinos have been.
And I am a Stations Casino fan BTW.
