Be very careful when making a reservation at this restaurant. They direct you to Open Table but then make it impossible to make a change and then will charge you 25$ per person for a no show. I made a reservation at 10 am and tried to cancel at 10:30 via Open Table and calling the 4 Queens restaurant reservation line. Open Table could make no changes (so much for proper use of technology) and the operator at the 4 Queens said i had to call back at 4:30 and speak directly with the restaurant manager to cancel it. i called at 4:30 and was told that since I booked the reservation and didn't cancel till 4:30 I would be charged $175. I explained it was a same day reservation and that i called in immediately to cancel and the manager said only he could do it and since the table had not been available to book all day I would be charged. TERRIBLE reservation system and a total SCAM. Don't try and plan a dinner here.
