The food selection is extremely limited for guests with gluten or other dietary allergies. We were told by our travel agency that this was a "gourmet" level food experience and it definitely is not. Although we have been asking the hotel management/staff to talk with the resort culinary staff to get meals to feed our family, it's day three and no one has gotten involved to help. It's not only disappointing but also not worth the money for an all-inclusive that cannot accommodate normal dietary requirements.
The bright spot of the vacation is that the people of the Dominican Republic are wonderful. It's very unfortunate that the Hard Rock resort company is not paying attention to give them the resources to make this an experience to match all the awards they tout on their website for this location.
